Affordable housing work moves too fast for scattered records.

Built from 25+ years inside property and asset management

DSUUPR was created by an operator with 25+ years across property management and asset management — from leasing, maintenance, and site operations to regional leadership, Director of Asset Management, project management, and affordable housing development exposure.

One operating record for the property lifecycle

Affordable housing asset management is not just finance. Leasing, maintenance, inspections, compliance, resident needs, budget discipline, capital planning, development obligations, and daily site execution all shape property outcomes.

DSUUPR brings scattered information into a more connected record so asset managers, property managers, owners, and leadership teams can work from the same picture.

From adversarial oversight to operating partnership

Too often, asset management becomes a cycle of chasing reports, pointing out issues, and telling property management what needs to improve. DSUUPR is designed for a better model.

The goal is not to replace property management or make oversight feel punitive. The goal is to help teams understand what is not working, why it matters, and what can be done next.

Why it matters

When property information is scattered, teams lose time, miss obligations, repeat work, and struggle to connect property conditions to financial outcomes. DSUUPR helps turn old records, current operations, and asset management priorities into clearer action.

What counts as an active development unit?

Active development units are residential units included in an active project using DsuuprDEV for pipeline, underwriting, predevelopment, funding, board approval, lender review, investor review, application readiness, or governance tracking. Stabilized operating units do not count unless they are part of an active development or redevelopment workflow.
