Use of the Services
Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and using Dsuupr only for lawful business purposes.
Uploaded files, records, notes, photos, evidence, and related workflow data should be information the user is authorized to process for their organization.
Customer Data
Customer data remains the responsibility of the customer organization. Dsuupr processes customer data to provide the requested product workflows, support, security, and platform operations.
Users should not upload sensitive personal information unless it is needed for an authorized business workflow.
Availability and Support
Dsuupr works to keep the services reliable, secure, and useful, but no software service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error free.
